5G Mobile Phones in India and other tech news

A lot of new gadgets, mobile phones, tech watches in 2019! What to purchase? Fitbit is one of the biggest names in fitness tracking tech, but until late in 2017 the company hadn’t gone anywhere near smartwatches. The company has now released two smartwatches, and both feature on this list but first we’re starting with our favorite that was announced in March 2018. That favorite from Fitbit is the Versa that is a touch smaller than the other one (that’s the Ionic) but it comes with Fitbit Pay for contactless payments, 2.5GB of storage for music and battery life that’ll last around three days. It doesn’t have GPS for tracking your runs and the design doesn’t feel as premium as some of the other watches on this list, but we really like the Fitbit Versa and it’s one of the more affordable choices on this list.

The Google Pixel 3 phones aren’t a huge leap forward from the Pixel 2 models, but they are enough of an upgrade to warrant a place on our list of the best Android phones for 2019. The specs above refer to the larger Google Pixel 3 XL – if you prefer you can pay a little less money for the slightly smaller (and notch-free) Pixel 3 instead, as almost all the specs are the same. Inside the phones we have the Snapdragon 845 to keep everything ticking along nicely, while Google is now using a glass backing to enable wireless charging on the Pixels for the first time. Its traditional two-tone design is still in place though, with a textured finish that feels good in the hand. As in previous years though, it’s the camera where the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL really stand out: even though it’s a single-lens model, it’s capable of some fantastic shots, especially with upgrades like Night Sight for low light photography. It’s perhaps the main reason you would pick the PIxel 3 as the best Android phone on the market.

After an underwhelming debut, Samsung’s QLED technology really needed to bounce back in style in 2018. It didn’t surprise us in the least, then, to discover Samsung threw the kitchen sink in with its new Q9FN QLED Series of TVs. As well as being even brighter and more colorful than last year’s equivalent model, Samsung’s 2018 flagship screens use a completely different lighting system to combat its predecessor’s contrast problems: Full Array Local Dimming rather than edge-lit LED lighting. The FALD panel works in tandem with Samsung QLED Quantum Dots to produce a picture that’s brighter and more colorful than near any we’ve seen come from the South Korean manufacturer. Do those features alone make Samsung Q9FN the best TV on the market? No, but throw in technology like HDR10+ and Q HDR EliteMax – what Samsung bills as its maximum High Dynamic Range experience that’s exclusive to the Q9FN – and there’s very little doubt in our mind that this is Samsung’s best TV ever. (Even if it may have competition in Samsung’s 2019 TV range.) Read more info on Latest Mobile News.

Prepare for 5G in India ! Samsung launched two 5G phones at its Unpacked event this year. The Galaxy S10 5G looks almost similar to the Galaxy S10+, but it has a bigger 4500mAh battery, a faster 25W charging support, and an extra ToF camera sensor for better depth-mapping, enhanced low light shots, and faster autofocus. The Galaxy S10 5G will be exclusive to Verison in the US. S10 5G 8GB RAM+ 256GB is available in South Korea for 1.39M won (approx. Rs. 85032). Samsung has revealed that the US pre-orders would commence from April 18 and the handset will hit stores starting May 16. Xiaomi is one of the brands enlisted by Qualcomm who have picked its X50 5G NR modem family for standard 5G equipped mobile device launches starting in 2019. The 5G variant of Mi Mix 3 was officially presented at MWC 2019. It’s a slider phone with a 6.39-inch FHD+ screen and is powered by Snapdragon 855 mobile platform. The handset has a 3800mAh battery and runs Android 9.0 Pie based MIUI 10 out of the box. LG V50 ThinQ 5G will be available for Sprint and Verison users in the US starting this spring. In fact, the phone has a wide 5G logo on the back that shines when the phone connects to Sprint’s 5G network.
