How Does Meibao Liquid Detergent Production Line Works?All kinds of materials are measured and put into the slurry tank in order according to the process sequence. The semi – finished liquid detergent is prepared by mixing, stirring and fully reacting in the slurry tank. Then, the semi-finished product is put into the static tank, where the material is cooled and settled, and the air bubbles in the material are removed to obtain the product with stable phase. The static tank is usually set at a height, and the finished product is transported to the filling line for packaging under the action of gravity. The finished products are packed in boxes and sent to the product warehouse for storage.
Dry process is high in pollution, high energy consumption and high operating cost(the produce has to be continuous, furnace need to be maintenance half a year), and the cost of raw material is high, so dry process is mainly used to produce high modulus,high concentration(≤50%) sodium silicate. If use as raw material for detergent powder, only need low modulus(≤2.4) and low concentration (35%) sodium silicate, so normally use wet process.
